A Partner in Science
Collaborations Contribute to Professional and Personal
Success
Les has extensive experience leading large collaborations and complex,
multisite projects.  The skills and understanding gained from these
experiences can be applied to his many professional and volunteer roles.

A common feature of many of these partnerships is that Les has little
formal authority or even face to face interactions with the people and
groups involved and so has developed strong monitoring and negotiation
skills.
